It’s always nice to be able to say ‘Thank you’, and we’ve had a couple of things to be particularly grateful for recently.
Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who came along to the Crediton Quiz Night in January – we had 15 teams, 90 quizzers, 100s of right answers and lots of fun. And we raised just over £1200 too, due to our incredibly generous players and a few just as generous non-players who couldn’t make it on the night but wanted to chip in anyway. So thank you to everyone who took part, and to the lovely volunteers that made it all happen. We look forward to doing it all again next year!
And secondly, an equally huge thank you to all the people who joined the Chulmleigh Coffee Morning in February. Coffee was drunk, stories were told, the team were encouraged and £270 was added to the Connect pot. It’s lovely to be able to, well, connect with our supporters in this way, and we appreciated everyone who came along to meet us.
