Safeguarding

Connect recognises the importance of its ministry with children and young people and adults in need of protection, and its responsibility to protect everyone entrusted to our care.

We are members of Thirtyone:eight (previously known as “CCPAS”), and ensure that all our staff, volunteers and trainees who work with children, young people, or vulnerable adults are thoroughly vetted.

You can read our safeguarding policy here.

“The value Connect brings to our school is immense. Support and space for students to ask the difficult questions and explore ideas around faith and life is greatly valued by students via lessons and clubs, support and input in our RE and Personal Development sessions is so helpful for staff and students alike and to have a presence in the school and get to know staff and students is really a blessing”.
